Design
The design and layouts in our Collection are semi-custom and intentionally designed. We cannot offer major changes to any piece beyond the personalization options on the product pages. All wording and event information will be personalized to meet your needs including names, the date & time, and venue information.

When you receive a proof, it is your responsibility to review for accuracy and errors such as spelling, dates, punctuation, etc. Once your items have been approved and is sent to print, we cannot make any further changes. If an items was approved and sent to print with an error that you failed to correct before the print release was approved, you will be responsible for any associated reprinting and shipping costs.

Production Times
Once your order is placed and your invitation wording questionnaire is completed, we will be in touch within 7 business days with a digital proof of your selected invitation suite and accompanying embellishments. If you added a venue illustration, allow for an additional 4-6 weeks to receive your first round of proofs. If you fail to include any required information on your order (such as event date, location, etc.) we cannot proceed with your order until the information has been provided to us. We may follow up with you regarding this information, but it is ultimately your sole responsibility to provide us with this complete information. Production and proofing timelines provided to you cannot be guaranteed until all of the necessary details and information have been provided.

Three complimentary rounds of revisions are included with The Semi-Custom Collection suites. Each additional round is $60, billed separately. It is important to remember that additional design revisions and/or delays in client feedback may impact the production timeline and possibly delay your order.

Production will not begin until the print release is signed and the final balance of the invoice is paid. We will continue to communicate on the turnaround time of your project.

Color Variation
The colors you see on your screen may differ from the final product due to inconsistencies between monitors and printers. We are not responsible for variations in color from our monitor to yours, or on the final print. Please order a sample, which comes with a printed color palette, to avoid any misunderstanding.

Shipping
Shipping costs are included in your total purchase. Purchases within the United States are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail with standard delivery times between 3-10 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we have no control over the progress of your shipment and only have access to the shared tracking information provided by UPS or USPS. We recommend ordering your paper goods as early as possible to avoid any delays in transit. Copper Row Studio is not responsible and may not be held liable for any damages, delays, or losses due to shipping under any circumstance.

Expedited shipping is available, upon request, for an additional fee.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our stationery services, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If there is a printing error due to a mistake on our part, the item will be reprinted at no cost to you. If there is an error in the proof provided to you and you approve the incorrect design and/or wording for production, you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting + a $25 printing fee.

Cancellations may occur up to the final proof being approved by the client. The 50% retainer deposit will be forfeited by the client as we have already made business decisions based on your investment. The client will not be charged the remaining balance if a cancellation occurs prior to the first round proof presentation.

Privacy
To fulfill your order, we will request that certain personal information be shared. The personal information that you provide will only be used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. We will never share or sell your information to any third party.

Copyrights 
Any and all designs, images, and products created throughout the design process remain the intellectual property of Copper Row Studio and Copper Row Studio holds the sole rights to the created stationery, and any design created by us remains the intellectual property of Copper Row Studio. These designs, images and artworks may not be used for personal use, reproduction, the creation of derivative works, or any other purpose. As such, Copper Row Studio reserves the right to use our products and designs for business advertising as desired including photography, social media, and website usage. 

Under Federal copyright law, it is illegal to reproduce images and photos unless the individual owns the copyright or are authorized by the copyright owner. By submitting an image or photo to Patrice Paper for use in a design, you are automatically confirming that you are the copyright owner of that image/photo or have the owner’s permission to use it.

We do not provide files of custom artwork like monograms, crests, or venue illustrations designed for your invitations, nor do we allow them to be used on items printed by 3rd parties, unless we do not carry this type of product. If you with to use your custom artwork on items not provided by use, an Artwork Usage Fee is required. Please contact info@copperrowstudio.com to obtain an artwork usage license.
